Exactly a year ago, I ended the year with a tear. But now, I'm ending 2012 with a cheer. Hooray!! Rhyming!! Wahaha! Maipilit lang.
My 2012 is a roller coaster of emotions for me. I started the year feeling all so-gloomy. Literally, I started the year in a not-so-good mood. I was crying when I welcomed the year 2012. And not the kind of I'm-so-happy-I-just-wanna-cry type of tears but I'm-sooooper-kaduper-depressed kind of tears. Imagine lahat nagsasaya ako umiiyak. Hahaha baliw lang diba? This year was entirely different. I'm such in high spirits! 2012 taught me lessons the hard way. I gained new friends, learned new things, surpassed trials and got a LOT of blessings (even blessings in disguise). For the tears I shed, I can see better now. For the happiness I felt, I'm more thankful now. It was truly an unforgettable year.
January
My first time to attend a church wedding. Bonus part: It was held in Baguio! I can't help but be teary eyed during the exchange of vows. Must attend more weddings soon. Congratulations JR and Jackie. Your love story is such an inspiration.
Lucky for us, it was also a long weekend so we got a chance to tour around the City of Pines. The day after the wedding, we roam around Baguio - Camp John Hay, Mines View Park, Good Shepherd etc. Bonus: We were able to go to Pink Sister's Convent! Such an awe-inspiring experience.
February
I became active in Toastmasters. I became a member since August 2011 but I wasn't really an active member. This month, I attended the Leadership Training and I also joined our club contests (Too bad, di pa pang-District contest ang level ko. Hahaha!). But I supported those who joined the District contest. Congratulations Karen, Matt and Marion.

This month, I also had my braces. See link for details. Up to now I'm still wearing it. My gulay! Mag-one year na siya.
The Annual Valentine dinner with my college barkada was held at Uncle Cheffy at the Fort.
I was also chosen as the Department's representative for Employee Relations Council at my work. It was an added responsibility but it was definitely worth it.
I went to Subic with my HS friends to watch the Hot Air Balloon Festival. Unfortunately, we only saw kites. Tapos na yung show pagdating namin. Wahahaha! Oh well.
My second time to attend our company's Leaders' Night - this time as an Assistant Manager. Hihi!
The day after our company event, despite lack of sleep, I was able to spread love when I joined my friend's outreach activity. It was a heartwarming experience being able to see kids smile.
March
This month, I applied for Masters degree at DLSU, enrolled for a Language class and tried (just tried, ang mahal ng tuition eh wahaha) to enroll at John Roberts Powers. March was a "ME" month. Hahaha!
April
I joined a much needed retreat. This was one of the highlights of my 2012 - answered prayers, new-found friends and strengthened faith. Thank you so much JC!
I reunited with my Dent friends! I miss them so muuuuuch. I'm so proud of them for passing (and topping!) the Dental Board Exam.
May
Things started to get better this month. I went out with friends more often, I attended a Speed Reading class (so nerdy I knoooow), and I bonded more with my officemates. This month, I bid farewell said "See you again" to one of my closest friend - Joan. I'm so proud of you friend!!! Break a leg in New York!!! You will surely be missed - wala na ko makakausap tungkol sa mga 'kalokohan'. Hahaha! I also attended a Bridal Shower for my buddy Lyra! I'm so happy for you, too. Can't wait for little Lyras and Jhuns. Hihihi!

We get very paranoid after every heartbreak. Not just paranoid. But scared, nervous, worried. Name it. But the world won't stop for that silly heartbreak. Six months after the unrequited love, I woke up and realized I deserve to be happy...and so I welcomed a new love. The best blessing I received for the year!!!
This month, Eastwest Bank also transferred to a new office. I'm back at the Fort!
And the love's birthday happened to fall in June, too! Ang swerte naman niya diba. Best birthday gift he received was me. Mwahahaha!

July
July was full of surprises from my love. He kept on doing things that melt my heart and sometimes, he ended up getting surprised. Like the time when he went to Valenzuela early in the morning to fetch me but I was already on my way to work! Hahaha nga naman. Minsan lang maging maaga, na-timing-an pa na nang surprise siya. Fail.
This was also the month when I got to meet his mom and sister.

One of my closest friends tied a knot this month. I was so honored to be her maid-of-honor (kaya nga yun ang tawag eh. nyahaha!!!) I'm so happy for her. I've been with her during the wedding prep and I know how stressful it was to prepare for a wedding. But she was really blooming and very pretty on her wedding day. Congratulations Maan and Reineer!!! I'm happy to be a part of your special day. Can't wait for my own wedding. Wahahaha! *wink to Marion*
This month, I also became officially green. Wohooo! My first day at Graduate School. Also one of the reasons why I'm so thankful this year. I welcomed stress with open arms. Wahaha! Another check for my bucket list.
October
Our club turned 5 this month. Happy 5th Anniversary CAMANAVA!
November
My second visit to Enchanted Kingdom for the year. This time with TM friends.
Finally, boyfriend got to meet the whole barkada. Thanks to Ox for treating all of us for a dinner. Ang yaaamaaaan. And I got to meet his college friends, too - all in one day!

Hoooray to my favorite time of the year!! I was able to balance a lot of office work (and meetings), school work (which includes Case Studies, Business presentation, tons of readings, exams), parties to attend and love life. Hahahaha! I celebrated my birthday too! So far, one of my happiest birthday celebration. And oh, I survived first term with flying colors!!!! Wohooo! And another oh, I graduated in Toastmasters! Yaaaay!
