Good read :)

I saw this link shared by my friend on FB. I really think it's something worthwhile to share. I'm not pro nor against virgins. To those people who know me very well, they all know my stand on that issue. I guess what I like about the article is that the author is honest enough to admit that even though he remained a virgin until he got married, he still missed the point of being one. I think virginity is important and I guess it really depends on the person's preference but I also firmly believe this doesn't guarantee a successful marriage. If you are a person who prefers a virgin and luckily married one, then great for you. God would of course would have wanted it that way. But if the person you have loved is not, I don't think it should matter because you don't hold anyone's past against them if you really loved them. And besides, you marry someone because that person has a good heart, not because of what she/he has. In the end, a successful marriage is based on trust, respect and love. I guess that what really matters.

Look what I found!

In my attempt to start my blog about our CSR class (yeah yeah we're required to blog our reflections haha!), I came across my old Tumblr account. I used to have lots of online accounts -- Hi5, Formspring, Multiply, Friendster, Facebook, Twitter, Plurk, Instagram etc. etc.. I don't know why but I'm crazy like that. Though, I don't maintain all of it. Haha! Sa simula lang talaga ko  mahilig magpost, after some time, sawa na. Hahahaha! Now, I only update my FB, Instagram, Blogspot and Twitter accounts. Anyway, I hope to revive this Tumblr account. I only have less than 20 posts in my Tumblr account so I'm planning to post random stuff. Uhmm on the second thought, mas masaya kasi mag-Instagram..

16th!

Because he just came from a business trip last week and he's on a business trip...again, we celebrated our 16th month by...*drum rolls*... jogging around his village very very very early in the morning (maraming very kasi 7am yun at walang pasok). Wow. Very healthy lang. Hahahaha! Sadly, I didn't bring a camera to document our sweaty selves. So, I'm writing this instead to document what we did. Hahaha! Good job to both of us. Finally, we had the time to exercise.

I love you Mr. Evangelista! We should do this more often. :) I'm going to miss you again. Pfffft babawi ka na naman uli sakin. ;) And thank you for taking care of me. Very very much appreciated. I love youuuuuu eventhough you're 100 miles away.

Sad News

Today, I was able to watch the news on T.V. (Good thing because I never knew televisions do exist until today lol). My heart goes out to all Cebuanos and Boholanos. I've been to Bohol last July 2011 and it's one of the places that I really fell in love with. It's a very peaceful and beautiful place. My heart crushed when I saw some of the oldest churches that we've been to were severely damaged by the earthquake. We were lucky to be able to witness the beauty of Baclayon Church and Dauis Church and it's sad to see that those churches including a whole lot more of ancient churches in shambles. Really really heartbreaking sight. :/

I've been to Cebu just this year and though I wasn't able to visit some of the churches there, it pains me to know that those ancient treasures - a symbol of faith and Filipino culture - were also destroyed. Apart from the damaged churches, my heart also goes out to our fellow countrymen. Earthquake death toll continues to rise and Bohol is also now under a state of calamity. My prayers for Bohol and Cebu. After Typhoon Santi, this.

Below are some of the pictures we took when we went to Baclayon Church and Dauis Church. It seems surreal that they are now in ruins.
