It's been a year or more since my last visit to the gym. I'm glad to be back (though most of the time, I was just lying on the mat pretending to do some yoga but actually trying to steal a minute of sleep hihihi). I realized I wasn't fit anymore!!! 5 minutes on the treadmill and I'm already exhausted. Hahaha!
So for the last weeks or so, I've been feeling restless and stressed out -- trying to balance work, school, social life and love life (chos!). I felt I needed to do some workout in order to unwind. And voila! I finally had the time. Thanks to Gab and Madam for being ever so gracious to have me as their guest.
Now, I'll be able to sleep soundly tonight. :)
